Job Title: Biotech Manufacturing Technician
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Salary: $26 - $30 per hour (based on relevant experience)
Shifts: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Biotech Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Thousand Oaks. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality biotech products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform routine and non-routine manufacturing tasks, including setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment.Monitor and document production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and product quality.Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.Previous experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.Benefits:
