Must Haves: Candidates need a Master’s degree in a related field, in-depth molecular biology Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) experience Lab automation, and staff management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential. Responsibilities:  The Biotechnology Associate II position in West Haven, CT, is a full-time, direct-hire role with responsibilities focused on managing a team and leading next-generation sequencing (NGS) operations in a core lab environment. Key duties include conducting library prep, troubleshooting sequencing equipment, maintaining protocols, and implementing laboratory information management systems (LIMS). The role involves R&D efforts, protocol development, robotics integration, and regular interaction with senior staff and collaborators.
