**Biotechnology System Technician** Engineering Fairfax County, VA, US + Added - 07/02/2025 Apply for Job _If you're a detail-oriented, problem-solving professional with experience in electrical equipment and customer-facing roles, we encourage you to apply and join a team that is revolutionizing the biopharmaceutical industry!_ **Location:** Fairfax County, VA with 50% Travel (Nationwide) **Job Description:** + Assist with the production and implementation of the company’s main product offering. + Support the successful delivery of systems to customer sites and contribute to future technology rollouts. + Procure necessary equipment for system production. + Monitor the production of systems to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. + Troubleshoot and test newly built systems at the factory. + Install and conduct quality testing of newly delivered systems at customer sites. + Provide customer and employee training on system operation and maintenance. + Work closely with the sales team to offer technical expertise to prospective customers. **Job Requirements:** + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. + 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment/instrumentation, calibration, or a similar field. + Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice. + Strong time management skills. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities. + Excellent attention to detail. **Compensation & Benefits:** + Competitive base salary of $83,000 per year. + Bonus potential of 5-10%. + 401(k) with company match and comprehensive benefits package.
