ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Welcomes customers to the park in a friendly, courteous manner. Follow all rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the property area and assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets. Must clean and organize the Birthday Hut before and after each party on a daily basis. This includes maintaining an accurate count of needed supplies such as plates, napkins, cups, etc. Responsible for the accuracy and delivery of birthday party food, drinks, and desserts for each party. Responsible for conducting three to five guest surveys per day. Assist the Guest Services Representative with any Special/Private Events as needed. Must attend at least one Safety meeting per week. Route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including faxes, as required. Schedule appointments for parties, take phone messages, and make copies, filing and other minor administrative duties, as necessary. Maintains a working knowledge of facilities/outlets and special and upcoming events on property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible. Communicates important, relevant information to following shift. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AGE and GAMING:
15 years of age or above. Non – Gaming property.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is preferred.
TESTING:
Must score at least 84.5% or better on a Basic Math test. Must take the required testing identified for this position.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written communication including grammar and spelling and oral communication, including smiling, eye contact, professional speaking and positive body language. Must possess the desire and ability to work with all age groups including small children.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and extreme weather/heat.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
