Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Sales Manager for our team in the Grand Prairie, TX Location

Summary of the Sales Manager position

The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to assist and lead the Sales Team with the execution of targeted sales programs aimed at driving pre-sold group business. The Sales Manager sells and supports group business and/or Birthday events. The AIKG Sales Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

This is a salaried Manager Position with opportunities to make significant commissions.

Some of the overall responsibilities:

Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including:Site inspectionsQualifying LeadsMenu SelectionContractsInterface with unit operations team to ensure execution of site eventsRepresent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade EventsProcess POS purchasesResponsible for a quality guest event experience and recoveryEnsure the highest level of quality product and serviceBuild productive trusting relationships with clients and guestsIdentifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual goalsLead generation and follow up

Some ‘Great to Have’ Qualifications and Experience would be:
