As a **Biscuits Pilot Plant Technician** you will work with the R&D team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members.
You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.
**How you will contribute**
+ Independently prepares various prototypes in collaboration with R&D product developers
+ Organizes and conducts pilot plant trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements
+ Analyzes results of the trials and experiments and issues trials reports or other technical documentation (with guidance from project leader)
+ Act as a pilot plant contact for R&D colleagues from other sites
+ Properly maintain pilot plant equipment
+ Prepare manuals for the pilot plant equipment and instruments
+ Ensure OSH policy and environmental protection on the pilot plant
**What you will bring**
+ Min. secondary school in the area of food technology or related field
+ 1-2 years of experience in food technology and/or food processing equipment gained through education, training or industry
+ Food related apprenticeship (machine operator, baker, confectioner, or similar)
+ At least intermediate English
+ Manual skills and technical mindset
+ Ability to communicate and collaborate in international environment efficiently
+ Strong motivation and can do attitude
+ Logical thinking and very good organizational skills
+ Ability to work and solve problems independently
