 Responsible for taking orders, and preparing order items to guest satisfaction.
 Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining
positive guest relations at all times.
 Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction.
 Responsible for cashiering, accurately and efficiently ringing in orders, taking payment
and providing accurate change, when appropriate.
 Responsible for making sure the store and storerooms meet and exceed Remington and
local health department standards of cleanliness and organization.
 Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with guests to follow through with
special requests, instructions or complaints.
 Work in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow associates.
 Practice a culture of guest service in all you do; promote courtesy, good will and a
positive attitude in each and every encounter.
 Perform any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management.
