Job Description:        

Senior Associates will work on companies in a wide range of industries on potential investments, acquisitions, analysis of potential exit opportunities, and the monitoring of current portfolio companies. Senior Associates are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements. The relatively small size of this group offers Senior Associates the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the firm and to have extensive interaction with management teams and external advisors.

Responsibilities:

Investment research.Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.Industry and competitive analysis.Business diligence.Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions.

                                                                       

Qualifications:                       

At least 2 years of banking and 2 years of PE experience, or at least 4 years of PE experience, is preferredHighly motivated (a self-starter) with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavorsAbility to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments  Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors; strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelDemonstrated ability to write effectivelyExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skillsLeadership and strong project management capabilitiesCandidate should be able to quickly pivot between a variety of projects and be a team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environmentStrong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learnOperate with the highest degree of professional integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity

Expected annual base salary range:

$175,000 - $175,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
