1. Minimum 6 months of experience on creation of packages using BBSA (BMC BladeLogic Automation Suite)
2. Good troubleshooting skills of BBSA Packages 
3. Linux and Windows server Administration 
4. Linux Shell Scripting & Windows/Batch Scripting 
5. Troubleshooting of Windows and Linux scripting 
6. Understanding of PERL scripting.

1. HPSM & Remedy understanding
