Bleach Product Representative

Title: Bleach Product Representative
Location: Houston, TX (Katy area)

Salary: $82,000+
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week.

Focus: In this role, you will supply market, product, financial, and end-user data analysis to drive business decisions. This is a cross-functional role that will interface with all aspects of the organization from sales to operation, engineering, and our support team


Bleach Product Representative Essential Job Functions: Analyze Olin’s Bleach Customer base and develop Competitor Analyses Work with other members of Bleach Marketing to review customer-related issues or marketing questions for Customer Service, Quality, Dispatch, Technical Services, and Production Work with the Planning Team & Product Manager to optimize shipments for most freight logical routes based on profitability Work with the Sales Team and Salesforce to maintain the monthly Bleach tank car forecast Participate in root-cause investigation, analysis, and corrective action follow-up Partner with the Product Manager to work with Olin production sites, Dispatch/Logistics, and Customer Service during planned and unplanned outages to prioritize customers Work with Customer Service and Accounts Receivables to resolve customer payment and credit issues Administer and manage approvals of demurrage exceptions, samples, product returns, invoice exceptions, debits, and credits Bleach Product Representative Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree*; Business Administration, Marketing, Basic Sciences, or Engineering discipline preferred. 5+ years of relevant industry experience; Background in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing preferred. Cross-functional experience (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial, etc.) preferred; an understanding of Olin's work processes and business network preferred.  SAP, Sales Force, and advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize actions. Ability to coordinate resources across various organizational functions to achieve desired business results.
