**Job Title: Blender Operator/ Shift: 6PM-6:30AM/ Pay: 21.80/hr** **Job Description** The Blender Operator displays good work ethics and works well with management and other blenders. The role requires the ability to follow and carry out directions given by supervisors, lift 55 lbs. repetitively, and demonstrate a basic understanding of templates for mixing instructions. The operator must ensure accuracy in measurements and weights of products being mixed and maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. **Responsibilities** + Follow templates to mix products for the assigned production line. + Ensure accurate measurements and weights of products being mixed. + Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. + Collaborate effectively with management and fellow blenders. + Adhere to plant cleanliness and safety requirements. + Perform basic machine operations and follow mechanical guides. + Clean equipment after each use to avoid contamination. **Essential Skills** + Strong math skills and proficiency with a calculator. + Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Place) processes. + Ability to lift 55 lbs. repetitively. + Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. + Basic mechanical knowledge for machine operation. + Experience in production, mixing, blending, and sanitation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience preferred but not required. + Basic math skills. + Attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** This is a locally owned and operated Food & Beverage manufacturer and co-packer that is growing in size and proprietary product lines. The position requires flexibility with a rotating 3rd shift schedule, comprising three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the next (36 hours and 48 hours respectively).
