**Job Title: Blender Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Blender Operator and play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality resin. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire blending process which includes staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading the finished product. You will also operate a sit-down forklift and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and reactors. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. Timely execution of tasks and effective communication of any issues to the Team Lead is crucial. You'll be involved in cross-departmental assistance, performing various tests, and undertaking maintenance tasks during downtime. The manufacturing environment is large and not temperature controlled—hot in the summer and mild in the winter, especially near large kilns. We offer 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 2-3-2 rotating basis, averaging 42 hours per week. Safe footwear and appropriate clothing are required, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas. Opportunities for overtime are available once trained, with no mandatory overtime. The dress code prohibits tube tops, shorts above the knee, and other revealing clothing. Jewelry should not be restrictive or dangerous to job performance.
