Global Business Line Manager,Blending

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will lead a team to ensure the development of technical solutions in line with the safety, financial, technical and contractual requirements.Also, you will initiate and drive continuous improvement activities across the team in close collaboration with Business Line management teams.You will report to the Senior Vice President, Business Line Manager.Willingness to travel is required (around 40%).•\tWork in close collaboration with the BL management team to meet the business targets in terms of profitable growth and relentless execution•\tProvide leadership & contribute to development & deployment of solutions•\tProvide direction & support to project teams in ensuring successful project delivery of projects with a focus on safety, on time delivery, quality and margin improvement.•\tWork closely with INOPC management to optimize overall project execution costs.•\tBuild and maintain customer relationships, seeks feedback and provides innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements.•\tProvide engineering support during the bid phase, supports presentation of proposals to customers.•\tWork with business development to target new opportunities•\tPresent new technology and innovation at conferences, client events.•\tOversee contractual work within one’s area of responsibility.•\tConduct regular progress reviews, identifies and manages contractual risks.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor or higher degree in Process, Electrical or Electronic Engineer\t10+ years of experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Project Operations in the Chemical & Refining Industry with focus on solution selling, batch process, technical, delivery.\tExperience in solution selling is preferred, project selling in Chemical industry could be considered \tSolid understanding of Chemicals (from end to end products & auxiliary units).\tPrevious experience in executing international projects and in managing successful inter- and intra-company cooperation.\t5+ years of experience in people management for Specialists and Experienced Project Engineers.\tExperience in working in international environments with different cultures and languages and managing stakeholders of varying management levels.\tFluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
