Exemplify professional conduct, including appropriate oral and written communications and adherence to policies of UCHealth and the School of Medicine. + Monitoring and correlation of clinical data - Monitor all work performed in the transfusion service and apheresis service to determine that medically reliable results are being generated; correlate laboratory findings for diagnosis and patient and donor management. + Quality improvement responsibilities - Assume responsibility for maintenance of the quality improvement plan.
