As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides plasma and transfusable platelets to local hospitals and patients wherever needed in the community. Six months previous work experience with apheresis machine (Alyx/Haemonetics) required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Greet blood donors and make them comfortable with the procedure, answering questions about the process as needed.Perform apheresis collections of source plasma and transfusable platelets and plasma.Performs all duties related to the collection, handling, and packing of blood products.Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goalsMaintain accurate records.
