We're seeking a Telecom Analyst to join our team in Asia. You would be part of an expanding team responsible for conducting analysis on a periodic and topical basis, and authoring equity research on companies in the Asian Telecommunications sector with a focus on markets in North Asia.  You are entrusted to deliver high quality and timely content while also growing our data offering.
We'll trust you to:Leverage your knowledge of the Asian Telecommunications  sectorMonitor and interpret major company developments and identify macro themes and trends affecting the industriesManage earnings cycle, including previews and reviewsWork closely with our team of Bloomberg Intelligence analysts and strategists located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, London and New York to coordinate and collaborate on analysisBuild and maintain relationships with investors, industry and market professionals, investor relations personnel, and senior management at target companiesWork with Data teams to ensure data completeness and quality control for existing and new data sets of target companiesYou'll need to have:A minimum of 3 years of equity research experience, specializing in telecommunications marketsSell-side or buy-side Research Analyst or Associate experienceExperience interpreting financial statements and performing quantitative financial analysisKnowledge of advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of finance and accountingExceptional primary research and writing skillsExcellent verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to be a self-starter, independent thinker and collaborative team playerStrong organization skills and capable of handling multiple projectsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in both spoken and written EnglishDemonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
