**Now Hiring Blow Mold Operator in York, PA!** Shift: 7p-7:30a Rotating Schedule Pay: 21-22/hr **Job Description** The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. The role is responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. The Machine Operator is also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices. **Responsibilities** + Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies. + Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating, or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights, and quality checks. + Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedures. + Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment. + Make adjustments to meet product specifications. + Introduction to preventive maintenance, mold, neck, and blow pin and other mechanical changes. + Grind excess bottle and material. + Introduction to troubleshooting and resolving process problems. + Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs. + Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies, and other metrics. + Assist other operators and maintenance for mechanical issues. + Maintain a clean work station and document as needed; both paper and computer. + Other duties as assigned by management. + Receive instructions on specific job tasks from Lead Operator or Supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer experience. + Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
