Join a dynamic team as a Blow Mold Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for operating blow mold machines, performing minor troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments. The ability to work independently is crucial as this department operates 24 hours a day.

This opportunity offers a $1 pay bump after 90 working days on contract, promotion from within, reimbursement for all PPE, and a clear path for Union growth with potential earnings of $27-$29.50/hr within 2 years. Work Environment
The work environment includes a refrigerated packaging area requiring a dress code of hair net, beard net, hard hat, steel toes, non-slip shoes, hi-vis vest, and no jewelry. Shifts are scheduled for 4 days on and 3 days off, with employees standing for long periods and occasionally working in wet conditions.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
