Position:
The Blow Mold Operator is responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The correct candidate for this position will have mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
Always maintain and promote a safe working environment and have a safety-first mindset.Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput. Ability to adjust settings/ troubleshoot and perform minor repair of blow mold equipment.
Assist with QT/PT bottle supply, De bag process, Fill bottle trailers as needed.
Monitor empty bottle weights and adjust accordingly.
Follow and maintain 5S standards for work areas.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
