Client currently seeks a BMC Developer to join our team for a Remedy 9.1 implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:Install and configuration of BMC Remedy applications ( Remedy 9.1) and customize BMC Remedy applicationsUnder general direction, design, implement, and maintain the Remedy Action Request System and corresponding ITSM modulesThe candidate will need to have functional / Technical knowledge covering ITSM best practices, methodology and workflowsThe candidate will also need to have technical experience with Remedy workflow programming, ability to troubleshoot using Remedy log filesThe candidate will need to have the ability to propose, recommend, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions given these Remedy toolsImplement integrations with BMC Remedy applicationsDraft technical installation, configuration and customization specification documentsDesign custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applicationsEstimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutionsKnowledge of ITIL compliance processes and ITSM suite capabilitiesSkills Required:Must have minimum 3+ years of Remedy 9.1 development OR support experienceMust have good knowledge of Local area network, TCP/IP protocol, internet connectivity and Databases.Formal Remedy 9.1, SRM 8 and AR System 8 trainings an advantageExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsVery good communication skillsEducation and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree with focus of applied sciences or engineering from leading institutesMinimum of 3+ years of BMC Remedy DevelopmentShould have development and support experience on AR System, ITSM, Atrium CMDB, SRM, SLM and RKM (all Remedy 9.1 version) and dependency impacts of any changes or updates.
