Job Description
Plans, coordinates, and controls all Patient Access department activities to achieve quality customer service, data collection, and financial objectives. Manages registration of patients for hospital and medical services, including registration of patients for admission, outpatient surgery, diagnostic and series outpatients, emergency department visits. Also coordinates financial counseling, insurance verification, and collection of patient payments. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.Experience
