BMS Service Engineer

We have an opportunity for a BMS Service Engineer\nto join us at Honeywell, in London, where you will be responsible for carrying\nour planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and small\ninstallations of BMS systems with our clients. This is\na field based role covering customer sites predominantly within the M25 and\nsome occasional travel outside of the M25 will be required.

Key responsibilities

Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control SystemsCarry out commissioning of small automation and controls projectsModify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systemsContinually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordinglyDevelop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites

Key skills and qualifications

Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systemsExperience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and ModbusA good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessmentsAbility to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectivelyGreat communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships
