Key responsibilities
Be the People Services (PS) partner to the local business and provide value add services to key stakeholders through proximity, knowledge of local business, culture and languageEnsure that the PS processes in scope are performed with an end to end perspective as per the Core Model making effective use of global tools and systemsMonitor KPIs and ensure issues are addressed in an effective and timely mannerEngage with key stakeholders and monitor customer satisfaction & feedbackDrive continuous improvementIdentify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionParticipate in global projects as requiredManage local Operation ofEMD (Employee Master Data): maintain organization, positions and employee & contractor master data up to date and ensure data qualityELC (Employee Life Cycle): manage employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, job changes, international Mobility, termination, offboarding) and related documentsPartner with T2P (Time to Pay): work with the Payroll team (internal or external) to ensure alignment with country requirements and interdependencies with ELC and EMDSupervise and manage the retain PS team (~5 FTEs)Professional experience
Experience: Hands on experience in HR, support areas, Operations or related field in an international, multicultural, complex environmentSoft skills: Experience in working remotely with different teamsTechnical skills: HR operationsQualifications
