Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments Trains Behavior Technicians in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan Performs other duties as assigned/necessary to help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors Document child progress and milestones Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior AnalystsQualifications:
Must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and an active BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) Certification At least one year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders At least one year of experience in providing behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings Ability to effectively communicate with appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to coworkers, supervisors, clients) Computer proficiency required Current CPR/BLS certification At least 18 years of age*Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
