What You’ll Do

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be the team leader for your clients’ Autism Treatment Team, providing evaluation, treatment, and consultation services. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with a family-centered approach, you’ll develop and carry out programs and activities designed to improve the lives of children with autism and their families.  

 

You’ll conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that:

Improve function and enhance activities of daily life. Focus on the stated needs of both the client and their family. Are individualized to address each client's unique needs, overcoming acknowledged weaknesses by identifying and using strengths. Involve the client's natural support system of family and friends to ensure generalization of skills learned in therapy sessions. Require consistent practice and repetition between therapy sessions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the treatment plan and result in measurable, meaningful changes.

 

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field. Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At least one year of experience working with children with Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorder. Collaborative, team-oriented approach to treatment and commitment to our mission of enhancing quality of life for the people we serve. Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook). Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance if travel in the North Texas area is required.

 

Compensation

Salary $85,000-$100,000 Sign-on bonus $5,000
