QualificationsOur Ideal Candidate:
Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in education, psychology or other related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed or enrollment in a graduate program leading to a BCBA.Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders.Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis;Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.Willingness to travel in school district settings.Valid driver’s license must be maintainedServant Leader with exceptional customer service skills and accountability.Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
