Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a full-time position starting ASAP through May 23rd, 2025. This role will support a PreK-1st grade building, where you will focus on coaching, intervening, and supporting both staff and students.

Position Details:Location: Beecher, ILSchedule: Full-time, Monday through FridayDuration: ASAP – May 23rd, 2025Focus: Supporting PreK-1st grade students with behavior interventionsNo supervision of RBTsResponsibilities:Provide behavior interventions and coaching to staff and studentsDevelop and implement behavior plans for studentsSupport classroom staff in managing student behaviorsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective strategiesQualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience working with young children, preferably in a school settingStrong ability to create and implement behavior plansExcellent communication skills for working with staff and familiesWhy Join AnthroMed?
