Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.

Compensation: $80,000 per year. Negotiable, with experience/education.

What you will do: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) serves in a variety of roles to ensure fidelity to the ABA model in our clinical interventions and therapeutic milieu. The BCBA will be a core part of our clinical team. Duties include but are not limited to:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and other identified assessments to aid in the development of Behavior Support Plans Work with assigned staff including therapists, RBT’s, and behavior coaches to implement and teach direct care staff how to implement behavior observation systems in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that appropriate behavioral interventions are being structured and implemented in a person-centered way to meet individual needs

To be considered you should:

Be at least 21 years of age Master’s degree required Certified BCaBA or BCBA in TN, or eligible to be At least 2-years prior experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical Experience with functional behavior assessments and writing behavior support plans

Schedule/hours/shifts: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
