What would you be doing? \n

You will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming including: \n\nManaging RBTs\/ BTs\nSupervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery\nConducting behavior assessments\nIndividualizing client treatment goals and objectives\nConducting monthly caregiver training\nCoordinating with other professionals on your clients' treatment team\n\n

What do you bring to the role?\n\nMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field\nBCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB\nBCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program\n\n
