Develops treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based, and focus on reducing challenging behavior, and/or maintaining low rate of challenging behavior by implementing schedules/routines that are client preferred.Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requestedService funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals with developmental disabilities across all ages and disabilities that are eligible for Regional Center services.Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff Monitors treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning styleProgram Objectives:Assisting clients with basic self-help needs while promoting highest level of independenceAssisting clients with socialization skills, as appropriate Continuing daily routines that the family is currently performing and provide families/caregivers with a break from the duties of care. Ensure safety supervision, assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeepingQualifications:Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate critical thinking skillsSupervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferredExperience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferredExperience in quality management preferredProficiency in the English Compensation Information:$90,000 - $100,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly Ready for a new adventure in the behavioral health field?
