Expertise: Conduct direct observations, consult with teachers, case managers, and other team members on effective classroom strategies.Innovation: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.Compassion: Review students' needs for ABA treatment, provide staff training, and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.#sponsored
QualificationsQualifications:
Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) One year experience working with IDD population. Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support PlansComprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior AnalysisDevereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
