_Join our team as a Bobst Machine Operator! We are seeking a_ **_skilled Bobst Machine Operator_** _to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for press make ready, inspecting quality of each load run, and maintaining written records of production. This role requires experience operating a Bobst die cutting machine, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical tasks efficiently._
**_Responsibilities:_**
+ _Adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery)._
+ _Assist Operator or Lead with loading dies (weighing approx. 150lbs) into cutting press._
+ _Inspect quality of each load run by checking random sheets from each cut load to ensure quality._
+ _Flag and isolate poorly produced materials when cutting problems are encountered. Tag all defective loads._
+ _Make proper corrections before continuing the order._
+ _Remove cut loads from press by use of hand truck._
+ _Maintain written records of production, including records of waste, production time, waiting time, etc._
+ _Run press as efficiently as possible._
+ _Maintain housekeeping in the work area._
+ _Verify materials running on load._
**_Essential Skills:_**
+ _Experience operating a_ **_Bobst die cutting machine._**
+ _Ability to read, understand, and follow job jacket instructions._
+ _Knowledge of location and use of all safety devices in area._
+ _Coordination to perform job safely and quickly._
+ _Machine operation, die cutting, blueprint reading, CNC, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills._

The pay range for this position is $27.40 - $27.40
