Body Exterior Experience Expert - 外饰产品体验专家

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，跨专业多学位优先。 对产品满怀热忱，5年以上汽车行业工作经验，有外饰产品工程或背景。 理解用户思维，参与过用户调研和产品体验设计。 对市场具有敏感感知，参与过产品上市活动优先。 具备强烈的责任心和自驱力，为产品交付负责。 学习能力出色，能够积极拥抱变化并迅速适应岗位要求。 优秀的团队合作精神，语言表达与沟通能力强。 英文读写能力。

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above. Multiple degrees across majors are preferred. Passionate about products, with more than 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry, exterior product definition experience is preferred. User mind-set. Experience with user research is preferred. Be sensitive to the market. Experience with product launch activities is preferred. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and be responsible for product delivery. Excellent learning ability, able to actively embrace changes and quickly adapt to job requirements. Excellent team spirit, strong communication skills. English reading and writing skills.

负责外饰产品定义，体验开发并落实体验验收，产品问题解决和全生命周期的产品管理。 结合行业发展趋势，负责对该领域的行业、用户、竞品调研。完成外饰产品的需求分析，产品优化迭代。对汽车外饰的各项技术方案有深入了解。 深入挖掘用户场景，完成相关体验目标设定，优化产品设计和功能，提高用户体验和满意度。 负责撰写产品体验需求文档、定义文档，协调并拉通各领域部门，实现方案落地与交付。 参与和支持新产品上市前的各项准备工作。

Responsibilities:

Responsible for exterior product definition, experience development and implementation of experience sign off, product problem-solving and full life cycle product management. In combination with the industry development trend, be responsible for researching the trend of industry, users, and competitors in this field. Complete the demand analysis, product optimization of exterior products. Have an in-depth understanding of various technical solutions for automotive exterior products. Dig deep into user scenarios, complete relevant target setting, optimize product design and functions, and improve user experience and satisfaction. Responsible for writing product experience requirement documents and definition documents, coordinating cross function teams to achieve the implementation and delivery of solutions. Participate in and support various preparatory work for product launch activities.
