Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Body Imager Radiologist in Summit, NJ
The Radiology Division at Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a fellowship trained body imager with advanced body MRI training to join their well-established team at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. The qualified candidate will be versed in all aspects of abdominopelvic imaging including oncologic MRI for prostate and rectal cancer. Job responsibilities include a component of general radiology (Mammography not required).
As a radiologist with Atlantic Health System, you will have access to a diverse patient population and a wide range of diagnostic cases. Both Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center support a joint ACGME Radiology Residency Program of 20 residents and 2 fellows across both campuses.
Overlook Medical Center is a 504-bed tertiary referral center for neurosurgery, nonprofit teaching medical center located in Summit, New Jersey. The imaging department produces over 200,000 exams in CT, MR, pediatrics, IR, US, NM/PET, plain films & Breast imaging.
Atlantic Medical Group, a physician-led multispecialty group, includes over 1,200 physicians and advanced practice providers across 400+ locations, all connected through a unified electronic medical record. Within Atlantic Medical Group Radiology, each radiologist has a primary site, but the group collaboratively covers Morristown, Overlook, and Chilton Medical Centers, as well as numerous outpatient imaging and Urgent/Advanced Urgent Care Centers. Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Medical or related field.
2. A state license and certification to practice medicine.
3. Successful completion of a residency and internship.
Preferred:
1. Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses.
