Body-in-White Brackets Sub-System Technical Lead

Guarantee the development of a system/component of the project according to quality, time and cost objectives and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

1. Supports Project Responsibles (SSTM) with vehicle-line specific activity.

2. Lead and coordinate technical issue resolution with support of the Subdiscipline Manager (e.g., GIMS, Fast Feedback, SAQ issues, etc.).

3. Component release coordination for specific model requirements.

4. Technical specification lead to support sourcing.

5. Maintain EBOM.

6. Manages all product cards, support timing of the program, and provides the interface to procurement.

7. Lead Component Cost, Weight and Investment (CWI) activities for vehicle model.

8. Manage change management (Documentation, cost and timing, implementation).

9. Prototype parts supply (Documentation, cost and timing, implementation).

10. Lead build coordination.

11. Represents Engineering for problem solving at assembly plant(s).

12. Responsible for compliance reports.

13. Compliance and certification completion responsibility.

14. Supplier readiness.

Bachelor's Degree: Mechanic Engineer, Mechatronics, aerospace engineer or similar.

Advanced English Level.

Familiar with CCDs, CNs, NX, Codep, Ebom, STV systems
