The New Management is currently seeking a Body Shop Customer Service Representative to join our team. 

Responsibilities Answer inquiries via phone, email, chat & fax, responding to all inquiries in a professional and timely mannerMust be computer and technology friendly to help our guests through the process!Timely processing of orders and precise data entryAbility to identify and resolve issues in regards to shipments and/or order processingBuild rapport with each customer; Actively listens to customer's requests and needsHandles each call until resolution is reached, including follow-up to ensure actions promised are completedResolve problems by clarifying issues; research & explore answers and alternative solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems Qualifications

 

Automotive dealership experience is preferred.Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.Excellent computer skills including Excel and WordExcellent written, verbal and communication skills.Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
