We are searching for a customer-focused, results-driven, Body Shop Estimator for our Body Shop. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, exemplify outstanding customer service, and excel as a team player. We are looking for someone who can uncover damage and develop positive outcomes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

At least 2 plus years prior experience of collision related shop experience is requiredKnowledge of CCC-Estimating System/Profit Net, a plusGreat personalityAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentOrganizational skillTeam oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceValid driver's license with acceptable driving record

What are the responsibilities?

Interact with customers, answer telephones and customer questionsInspect vehicles, write estimatesManage all work authorizations, repair and parts orders, supplements, and warranty workWork with insurance companies to process claims, submit supplements and take photosEnter invoices and complete other required paperworkQuality Control of vehicles before customer deliveryEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, technicians, insurance representatives and vendors
