Responsibilities:Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of production work flow.Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables.Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.Address customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring.Comply with company safety policies and procedures.Timely completion of body shop department reporting and month-end procedures.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop ManagerSolid understanding of estimating process and systemKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsWorking knowledge of computersOperate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short term and/or long-term incentives as a part of total compensation, which includes commission off of Department Net, bonuses based on manufacturer approvability. The total annual estimated earning range is $86,000-209,500.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
