Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage daily operations in the body shop production area Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Train and supervise production staff Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Certification in production management is a plus Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills
