BOE (Basis of Estimates) Developer, Sr. Manager
**Job Description** Responsible for leading development of labor and material basis of estimates (BOEs) to support proposal solution development. Ideal candidate will be adept at working with Program Managers, Capture Managers, Solution Architects, and SMEs to develop initial Work Breakdown Structures and full development of BOEs aligning to the win strategy. Responsible for leading development of labor and material basis of estimates (BOEs) to support proposal solution development. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
