**Job Title: Boiler Operator**
**Must have Shelby County 1st class steam license**
+ Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Monitor boiler operations and perform routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
+ Record and analyze boiler performance data, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on boiler systems and related equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
+ Keep detailed logs and records of boiler operations and maintenance activities.
+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining boilers, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong knowledge of boiler operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
