**Job Title: Boiler Operator for Low Pressure Steam Boilers** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator for low pressure steam boilers in Cambridge pharmaceutical buildings. This role has a strong possibility of evolving into a Chief Engineer position within 6 months. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain low pressure steam boilers + Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on boiler systems + Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical systems + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures + Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to ensure optimal operation of equipment + Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs **Essential Skills** + 2nd Fireman's License + 3-5 years of experience in boiler operation and maintenance + High level of mechanical skill + Experience with plumbing and facilities maintenance + EPA Universal certification **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3rd Engineer License (preferred) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Creativity and attention to detail + Ability to work effectively as part of a team **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth.
