**Job Title: Boiler Service Technician** **Job Description** The Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for fabricating rental service fleet boiler units onsite and releasing them for rental when site boiler systems go down. This role involves building, installing, and repairing steam, hot water, and thermal fluid systems, as well as performing piping installations and repairs for boiler units. **Responsibilities** + Build, install, and repair steam, hot water, and thermal fluid systems. + Perform piping installation and repairs for boiler units. + Conduct mechanical repairs and troubleshoot motors, pumps, valves, and fluid piping systems. + Weld and fabricate pipes, plumbing fixtures, and parts for boiler units. + Utilize blueprints and schematics for system installations and repairs. + Perform preventive maintenance on boiler units and associated equipment. **Essential Skills** + 5 years in a mechanic or maintenance related role. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + MIG welding and fabrication experience. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. + Experience with motors, pumps, and valves. + Industrial power equipment repair experience. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Must provide own hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of steam, hot water, and thermal fluid systems. + Boiler maintenance experience. + Willingness to work in multiple departments and take on additional tasks such as prep work, electrical tasks, painting, and cleaning. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off (PTO).
