Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must be able to read and interpret Work instructions and Routing documents. • Perform complex parts assembly operations using various tooling, fixtures and hand tools. • Must have experience in mechanical assembly. • Ensuring parts conform to Drawing Specifications. • Must adhere to all the company’s safety requirements. • Able to work overtime as needed including weekends. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills • Minimum 2 years Assembly experience in a Manufacturing environment. • Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English. • Must be able to meet documented workmanship standards and pass company sponsored training and certification programs • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Education: High School or GED/Equivalent Years of experience: 2-year minimum OTHER PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES OR QUALIFICATIONS (not required): • Six Sigma, 5S and Lean experience a plus Required Skills Use of hand tools. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day. Able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
