Overview Business Contribution: Manage the promotion and sales of Enerpac TT, Machine, Flange products in Australia and New Zealand delivering budgeted results. Manage OEM and Key End User accounts if applicable, with relation to Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products. Coordinate and deliver new product launches, training and product promotions with staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Ensure distributors, Service Centres, TM’s and Enerpac Staff have sufficient product knowledge to promote, sell and service the entire range of Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products. Assist Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers and TM’s in channel management for Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products. Identify new specialist channels in certain markets to increase coverage and support Enerpac TT, Machine Flange sales growth focusing on Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction and Transportation Industries. In cooperation with Regional Sales Managers establish marketing programs including market price levels for bolting products. Provide marketing intelligence for Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products, e.g. market potential, analysis of market share, competitors’ activity, etc. Actively assist TMs to develop new business opportunities for Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products with existing and potential customers. Assist in the compilation of budgets and provide forecasts. Assist the Operations Department with stock planning of Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products. Coordinate the RFQ (quotation process) activity, review and endorse the final proposal for significant Enerpac TT, Machine, Flange enquiries and special CoE products. Track and maintain pricing and margin for the Enerpac TT, Machine Flange LOB in Australia and New Zealand. Monitor pricing evolution with respect to volume and execute price reviews. Establish and conduct training programs for Enerpac TT, Machine, Flange tools for TMs and distribution partners, and /or customers with support from the Engineering & Ops Manager. Secure customer and competitive market intelligence and present to the Management Team through regular reporting. Identify key road blocks to Enerpac TT, Machine Flange sales growth and propose solutions or remedies where applicable. Submit period weekly and monthly reports as required. Participate in other activities as directed by the Regional Manager - Australasia Required Capabilities: Must have good communication skills in spoken and written English and is able to at least converse in another foreign language. Strong customer service focus and experience in field technical support. Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required. Frequent travel is required within Australia and New Zealand, especially to mine sites and O&Gs fields to conduct audits and training and promotion of Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products. Occasional travel to Europe and USA for training and meetings may be required. Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience from technical sales and key account management. Has a proven sales track record in hydraulic Enerpac TT, Machine Flange products or extensive experience in sales and marketing of industrial products in the region. Theoretical and “hands on” practical experience within the field of bolting technology.
