Title: BOM & PO Coordinator
Reports to: Manager, Customer Service
Department: Operations
Responsibility Summary: ERP FG BOM creation and maintenance, including registry of components. Upload and maintain Customer “No-No” lists. Timely and accurate Customer PO review and entry. Attend, assist and document line trial results for all customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Constructs BOMs and Routings for new and modified Finished Goods (FGs) and WIP’s.
+ Customer Item Master R2 set up and maintenance.
+ Component Item Master setup.
+ Purchase order entry with price and lead time verification.
+ Develop and implement consistent descriptive nomenclature and categories for FGs, WIPs and Components.
+ Initiate Change Control (CC) related to FGs and WIPs.
+ Attend Gate-Review meetings as required in support of Manager of Customer Service.
+ Participate in line trial events as required.
+ Import and maintain customer No-No Lists into the EWL ERP system.
+ Create and maintain master price list.
+ Periodic review of Customer portal systems, looking for updates.
+ Other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
+ 2 or 4-year business degree, plus 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment or
+ 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced filling/packaging environment.
+ Detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
+ Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
