**Now Hiring: Sewer/Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and skilled Sewer to sew, assemble, and package various products accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of products pulled and their quantities, maintaining efforts to increase production levels in a cost-efficient manner. The role includes performing visual inspections of product components and adhering to company policies and work safety rules. **Responsibilities** + Sew, assemble, and package multiple types of products accurately and efficiently. + Maintain accountability for the accuracy of products pulled and their amounts. + Increase production levels in a cost-efficient manner. + Perform other duties as assigned to assist in daily assembly and packaging to meet production level requirements. + Perform visual inspections of product components while assembling and packaging to ensure quality. + Follow instructions from the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager. + Adhere to company policies and procedures, including all work safety rules. + Assist in special projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Operations Manager. **Essential Skills** + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately. + Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. + Experience in a production environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good hand-eye coordination. + Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and occasionally stoop. + Capability to lift up to 40 pounds. + Bonus points for a knack for crafts!
