The Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort is the first Anantara Resort in Portugal, and has 4 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, Kids Club, SPA and fitness facilities.

We are recruiting BOOKING AGENT (M/F) to ANANTARA VILAMOURA ALGARVE RESORT

As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of booking services in the different channels (phones/email/web), direct or indirect, from the booking request to its confirmation. It carries out commercial outbound and promotional campaigns, up-selling and cross-selling actions and manages conflicts/complaints in order to guarantee a quality and excellence service, actively and decisively contributing to exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

- Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels
- Time flexibility
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking). 
- Minimum 12th year of schooling or Professional Course adapted to the role 
- Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel's destination 
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.
