POSITION SUMMARY:
The person in this position will be responsible for the bookkeeping needs of WestCare assigned regions and corporate activities. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Accounts Receivable (full cycle) invoice entry, applying payments, collections Bank account reconciliation Balance sheet accounts reconciliation Prepare and record journal entries with understanding of debits and credits General ledger review and reporting Administrative support to Controller Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Monitor expenses ensuring costs do not exceed contract maximum Prepare reports as needed. Respond to audit requests, corrective actions if necessary. Prepare and make bank deposits. Maintenance of accounts receivable documents. Must Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and Perform all other duties as assigned.
