Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities include:

You will be required to work closely with the financial manager to ensure the following:
Bookkeeping Management of creditors/ accounts/ invoices Update of monthly cash flows Be responsible for bookkeeping of all authorised expenses Assist the financial accountant with financial reports required for reporting purposes Manage the arrears/ debtors book Filing general paperwork Maintain office supplies Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration Be responsible for general office housekeeping Ordering stationary Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

Strong Excel skills
Good administrative and organisation skills
Person who takes responsibility and ownership
Have attention to detail
Have good communications skills and be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Must be friendly with an engaging personality
Have honesty and integrity
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Be good with time management
Be a problem solver that uses own initiative to handle difficult situations

Requirements, Qualifications, Experience required:
  A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a bookkeeper Have good computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, emails, etc. Xero experience will be advantageous Working hours include:
08:30 - 17:00
